Customer Advisor
Pay: £11.75 to £13.10 per hour depending on age & benefits. Part time positions: 12 hrs per week, Monday-Friday 5pm midnight and weekends 6am midnight, with flexibility required.
Location: SPAR Bridge Service Station, 4 Dreen Road, Cullybackey, BT42 1EB
A look into the role
- Assist in efficient store running, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Listen to and understand customer needs and advise on products/services.
- Operate checkouts accurately, processing transactions efficiently.
- Replenish stock daily, following company stock rotation process.
- Merchandise stock to enhance sales and display correct pricing with Shelf Edge Labels.
- Maintain high customer service levels within the store at all times.
- Cover Post Office as required.
- Perform any other duties as required.
Skills for Success
- No prior retail experience required; training will be provided.
- Team member with personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude, who knows how to make customers smile.
